Normally the energy to bounce comes from the person on top of the trampoline jumping down and being sprung back up. This turns that around. Have one person lay under the trampoline and one sit still or lay on the trampoline. The person under the trampoline then pushes the person above up.

Using feet to push is often easiest.

As always do your own risk assessment and don’t just follow directions from a random blog on the internet, remember that trampoline jumping or bouncing takes up space on both sides of the mat. Take care not to injure yourself or your friends.
