Drawing with chalk

Drawing with chalk is such a fun easy activity, you can easily do it for hours on end and it takes almost no setup time. All you need is your trampoline and some chalk.

Lots of chalk colours can make it even more fun.

Young kids often enjoy the process of drawing with calk, especially on a large surface they can sit on. Older kids may like to draw pictures of things or maps or tracks for cars or trace each other or any number of things.

Chalk gets all over your clothes and feet sometimes.

Chalk drawings can sometimes last for weeks, although they do weaken and wear off with jumping. If you would like to get rid of them earlier or start again or just erase a small section, just spray it with the hose. A little water and a little friction will bring the chalk right off.
