Weave a Star
Have you ever done the doodle that starts with drawing dots in a circle, then choosing a number and drawing a line to every third dot, or seventh dot, or 4th dot?

You don't have to use all the springs or complete the shape. |
This is basically the same thing but instead of drawing lines we are weaving rope or ribbon through the springs. Choose a number and count the springs, when you get to the chosen number weave the rope through and start counting from one again.

This number was 25. |
You can make wide angled shapes, pointed stars, or anything in between.

Lots of fun jumping in the stars. |
You can jump with the ropes or trace them before removing them (or draw them instead of threading.) and then play lots of jumping games with the shapes.
Such as: Jumping only in the middle shape, Jumping around the star only on the outside or only on the inside, jumping on each shape once only before jumping in any a second time, jumping in only the smallest shapes, jumping from the point of a star to the opposite point or internal shape, trying not to jump on the ropes, trying to only land on the ropes, jumping with different body parts in each type of shape made and many more.
